| This show was also on a raked deck. The deck itself is stock platforms that have palettes that sit on the deck. It is these 5'x10' palettes that are planked and put together. | ||
| A big part of the show is the 40 trees that are onstage. The trees taper at the top as well. Plywood was used to create the ribs of the tree and 1x connected all those ribs. The whole tree was then skinned with a vacuform product that resembled back. Branches to be added later. | ||
| Above you can see a front view of the trees. | Above you see a rear view of the trees and see how they went together. | |
| The window wall above was built in identical sections and put together during load in. | Although not installed in this photo, a the top of this wall there will be PVC plumbing to create a rain wall. | |
| To the left is a framed scrim wall with a doorway in it. The frame of the wall is made of steel truss that was built in shop. Staple strips were attached to the back of each frame. The scrim is hanging on the system pipe at the top. Using binder clips the scrim was stretched along the sides and and the bottom. The doorways were then cut out and stretched. Following this door walls were bolted to the steel frame. There are two walls like this in the show. | ||
