Above : Act 1
A room called the nursery.  The sun is about to rise on a morning in early May.

Left:  Act 2
An abandoned cemetery fallen in to disrepair.  Near it the Cherry Orchard begins.  The sun is about to set on an evening in July.
 


Right:  Act Three
A receiving room leading into a ballroom.  Evening August, 22.

The Nursery. An October Morning.

To the right you see the understructure for the raked deck.  There are two independent systems of studwalls that are separated by a mechanics deck.

To the left you see the window wall unit that flys in and out during the show .

Below you see the steel understructure for the window wall unit.  As well as being joined by t his understructure the walls are joined by steel at the top out of view.

 
 
To the left you see the mechanics deck that the Act 3 Column wall tracked  in.  The columns are joined under the deck with steel.  They ride on the raked deck and are held vertical by tracking on a reinforced hogstrough that is attached to the ceiling.

To the right is the column wall that tracks in the mechanics deck.  And below is one of the graveyard scenic pieces that rides in a groove cut in the deck.  Both units are pushed on and off using crew members.
